International Shipping
We ship internationally, and an additional fee will be charged based on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. International delivery times vary and may take 7-21 business days, depending on customs and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items require additional processing time. They typically ship within 1-2 months of the order date. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the in-stock items will be shipped after the pre-ordered items are ready for shipping. If customers wish for separate shipping, please place the pre-orders separately from the in-stock items.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and image proof that the package has not been opened. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will process refunds once we receive and inspect the returned items. Items damaged due to customer mishandling or wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
